Over the past few months I've been making a photostrip comic as it's something I've always wanted to do, and pleasing it hit it's target in the first 24 hours...

The Chefs Of Death is a brand new photo strip comic inspired by a love for John Wagner and Alan Grant's Doomlord, which appeared in the eighties relaunch of the Eagle and quickly became a firm fan favourite.
It's a slice of sci-fi madness as Zarmdov, the deadliest lifeform in the universe, is sent on a mission to find a new source of sustenance for the people of his planet, and sadly for humanity he finds us absolutely delicious. The only two people who are aware of his arrival on the Earth are journalists Robert Mills and Audrey Pearce, but can they save the entire world from being eaten? And will the normally utterly rubbish Prime Minister John Borrison be of any help at all?

Starring award winning stand up comedian Ian Lane, actors Ben Scheck and Louisa Gosse, along with Chris Denton, Chloe Taylor and Alex Finch, the project has hit it's funding target within 24 hours of being launched, so will definitely be published, but If you're interested in buying the comic (or appearing in it, as some of the rewards provide that option), please check out the Kickstarter campaign here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/alexfinch/the-chefs-of-death-issue-1

Because I'm at the very least quite annoying on Wednesday I lost my glasses, spent twenty minutes trying to find them, and then sat on them, breaking them and that's meant that I had to spend £150 on new ones. Annoyingly I now find myself a bit screwed until I get paid on the 2nd, which why I'm selling the following:

Flesh The Dino Files
The Complete Alan Moore Future Shocks
Shimura
Elephantmen Wounded Animals (Signed)
Punk Rock Jesus by Sean Murphy
Shade The Changing Man Book 1 and Book 3 (Separately)
Manhattan Projects (All 6 graphic novels)
Blood and Honor: The Foreworld Saga
Star Wars Empire Vol. 6
Planet of the Apes Cataclysm Volume 2
Savage Dragon Archives Volume One
Bitter Root Vol.1
Zero Killer Issues 1 and 2 by by Arvid Nelson 2 x Comics
G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero, Vol. 24 Snake Hunt
The Sword by The Luna Brothers Issues 1, 2, 3, 4
Seven Solders Of Victory Volumes 1 and 2
Chew Volumes 1 - 4
Archie Volumes One and Two
Man-Eaters Volumes 1, 2 and 3

And I'm going to be adding to this list with a lot of other comics / graphic novels throughout the next couple of days.

I'm also open to offers, so if anyone's interested in any of the above do mention you're from here and I'll see what I can do.

Apologies if this has been discussed before, I did a search but the threads I found seemed largely to be discussing the content rather than if it will be re-released at any point.

The strip started only a short time after I started reading 2000AD and was one of the reasons I fell in love with the comic (along with Dredd and Zenith, admittedly) and I've wanted to reread it for a while now. But whenever I look it up on Ebay it seems to be expensive, right now the cheapest version of The Complete Bad Company is £90 on, and on Amazon it's £85.

I know sometimes there are rights issues (eg. Zenith), so is it anything to do with that? Or could it be possibly due to low sales? I'd also love to own the entire run of Milligan's Shade The Changing Man, but annoyingly DC stopped printing them after the third volume...

Just thought I'd say hello, it seems insane that I've not been a member here for years as I've been a big 2000AD fan ever since I was 12 years old (which was 36 years ago!). I've been in a very nostalgic mood recently too,  I've just finished rereading all of Nemesis, and am currently reading from the Judge Dredd CaseFiles from the beginning (and am up to Volume Four) and Strontium Dogs Agency Files no.1.
