Happy New Year all. Just been on the Hachette site and all issues of the MC are being advertised at a fiver each. A New Year sale? Worth checking out if you're wanting to pick up any back issues.

The PJ volume featured him being elected Mayor and one story while incumbent, Wot I Did For Chrissmas. He didn't appear in the Tour of Duty volume issued so far, so there'll be more of his mayoral exploits in the forthcoming ToD volumes, 46 and 48.

Found some time to read Engram now the festivities have quietened down a bit. It's a great volume to round off the collected Anderson stories, marking the start of a more introspective Cassandra. There's great art from all concerned, and I particularly enjoyed Triad and Engram itself with some stunning work from Arthur Ranson and David Roach which match the stories' atmospheres perfectly. Quality all round.

Got a copy of this in the end of year sale. It's a thing of beauty, the story and art in perfect harmony, although a couple of times I had to go back a bit to figure out what was going on. It's an incredibly detailed creation and looks great on the shelf. More please.

Anyone know if The Chief Judge's Man arc will appear in the collection? It would seem to fit best in a Rogue Judges volume, i seem to remember reading somewhere that would be one of the books? Or did I imagine it?

Fetish is a cracking volume. I echo Matt Smith's call for more Devlin.

Fetish itself is deeply weird and wonderful, Siku's art suiting the script perfectly, which the interview goes into some depth about. And the interplay between Dredd and Devlin is a hoot.

A Mouthful of Dust I enjoyed the least out of this volume, possibly because it's in black and white and Devlin's stories are best suited to being in visceral colour. An intriguing addition to the canon though.

Vile Bodies is just as good a one-off as Brief Encounter, and as someone has posted previously, the more uninhibited events are rendered very tastefully by Colin MacNeil.

All Hell is just brilliant, great to see the Catechist return and the whole thing just brims with invention and wit.

Old Wounds is great gritty Dredd, with brilliant art from Peter Doherty. Get well soon Peter.

Overall, this will definitely appear in my top ten of the series.

Get well soon Peter. Love your art and can't wait to see more of it. Very best wishes.

Finished reading Into the Undercity, I would say it's an entertaining rather than essential volume.

Despite my earlier misgivings, I enjoyed Creep more than I remember from first time round. Maybe I've developed a soft spot for indestructible sadists in my old age. Great interview with Si Spencer too.

A rare appearance for Pat Mills on Dredd, bringing an almost Slaine-esque element in. I loved Tiernen Trevallion's art on Ratfink too.

And there's an answer to that burning question, how do you see in the Undercity?

Overall a good read.

Is there a complete list of what has been printed? I have to confess to now being at the point of not remembering it all... I honestly thought we'd had Wildlands before it turned up this week....

An Xmas Dredd compilation
Insurrection.
The Fear That Made Milwalkee Famous.

Insurrection is forthcoming
FTMMF is in the Horror Stories issue
Like the idea of a Christmas stories volume - A Merry Tale of the Christmas Angel would be a great inclusion.

Into the Undercity is volume 79.

Thanks Trent

Some linking stories have already appeared that set the groundwork for later stories - Bloodlines etc. I'd like to see more of these, particularly Pirates of the Black Atlantic and the Question/Error of Judgement trilogy.

Really enjoyed Wilderlands, the creative team clearly having fun coming up with the various creatures of Hestia. And the political machinations back in the city an indication of things to come in later stories - was this the first time they'd appeared to such a degree?

What volume number is Into the Undercity? Thanks.

I'll echo the already mentioned Graveyard Shift, Otto Sump, UnAmerican Graffiti and Kenny Who? Others I'd like to see:

Bob & Carol & Ted & Ringo
The Stupid Gun
The Executioner
Crazy Barry, Little Mo & Banana City
Twister

May add some more later.
