Which artists have drawn Judge Dredd's face? (clones count)

Off the top of my head, I have:
Simon Bisley
Simon Fraser
Charlie Adlard
Mike McMahon

And Will Simpson managed a few panels where you could pretty much work out all of Dredd's features.

Any more for any more, and can anyone locate all the instances above and scan them in here?

I accidentally let my subscription lapse.  Didn;t realise for two and a half weeks because I thought it was the UK postal service.

I don't have a great big collection of back progs, and since the first prog of the new sub won't be arriving for three weeks, I'm simply going to drift off into Thrill-Power Deprivation without your help.

So, the question is: if you were stuck on a raft in the middle of the Pacific, dying of boredom, heatstroke and thirst - what 2000AD story would you replay in your mind to keep from going mad?  If you were chained to a radiator in Fallujah, which 2000AD story could you use to help your fellow captives through the long hours between beatings?  What, in short, is the most enjoyable 2000AD story of all time?  Something with laughs, a bit of pathos, a bit of song n dance, great art, great cliffhangers, a rip-roaring adventure, entertainment rather than deeply meaningful stuff?

I looked for a funny sketch for PVS's thread.  I found the clip below.  Amazing how little seems to have changed in 20 years.

Prog / Caballistics, Inc: unsolved mysteries?
10 October, 2007, 02:40:01 PM
Current issue spoilers.

Me no comprende.  Why would the story go to such lengths to establish that Kostabi's plan was bunkum and that he wanted Ravne to try to kill him, if all that was going to happen was that Ravne succeeds in killing him?

While we're at it, aren't there a few dangling plot threads left?  What are they?

General / Has 2000AD ever run a science fiction story?
01 October, 2007, 11:40:18 AM
...in the old sense of science fiction, that is?

It's just something that struck me when I was reading the recent ABC Warriors strip, where Pat labours under the misapprehension that robots reproduce and shape their children with hammers.  Now obviously Mr Mills doesn't actually think that: he's using the conventions of fantasy/allegory, with all the suspension of disbelief that that requires.  Similarly, John Wagner and the other Dreddverse writers have never seemed too concerned with sketching out a plausible world with similar laws of physics to our own (see Psi-Division, Hestia, that bizarre ring of floating rocks in The Cursed Earth).

So that got me wondering.  Has 2000AD ever run a story that fits in with the old British genre of speculative science-based fiction?

Books & Comics / Tintin: Tompson & Thompson test
22 August, 2007, 07:21:59 AM
From this week's Private Eye:

"Tompson & Thompson are different in appearance; the difference is visible wherever they are portrayed.  In one frame of one Tintin book it becomes apparent which is which.  Go to it, anoraks..."

So what's the answer?

Help! / Travel Tips
20 May, 2007, 08:46:37 AM
I've just returned from getting my shots, as in a mere six weeks' time I'm heading off for pastures distinctly exotic.  Starting in Beijing, we'll be taking the Trans-Mongolian Express through Inner Mongolia, then on to Ulaanbaatar (where the Naandaam Festival, the main Mongolian festival, should be taking place), out into the steppes to the nomad camps, back to Ulaanbaatar, up to Irkutsk and Lake Baikal in Siberia, then on the Trans-Siberian Express to Moscow.  I've barely been outside Europe before, so this is all rather exciting.

Since I now have to think seriously about packing and preparation, I thought I'd ask the board for tips on making travel in far-flung places go smoothly.  What should I take?  What shouldn't I take?  Etc?
