Well, ideally I'd like to get it up within a week of this one appearing Really this episode was more of a prologue than a real chapter in itself: with the story broken into chapters, and each one with it's own indvidual accompanying illustration, I was trying to create a feel of the old pre-pulp stories you used to get in magazines, like Strand, which would be published weekly.
However, part 2 is depndant on both Gavin having the time to put it up, and my actually finishing writing it (which I should hopefully do tonight)!
Also, there's another story going up at the weekend - the first in the ongoing Dredd-verse fan fiction section 'MEGA-CITY TALES', which will hopefully draw a few people to contribute.
I wasn't overly pleased with the final illustration for the first episode though: it didn't work out as well as I wanted, and I think my original sketch for the image was much better. However, the image for chapter two is, in my opinion, the best thing I've ever drawn, and I'm bloody proud of it to boot!
