sooo if i list a peice of artwork by someone else of certain characters, is that wrong ? I need a fucking license to draw now do i ? i'm drawing a fucking red deer for some tourist bollocks at the moment, should i ask for permission of the red deer commision , scottish landowners federation and scottish natural heritage before i sell the stupid thing ?

It's all a bit morally murky- but John Byrne makes a mint selling his 'sketches' on ebay.  Apparently, it's only supposed to be a big deal if you're selling prints or something.  Maybe it only applies if you're rich and famous.
