Most of that is OK but the panzy synth vocals aren't necessary and the keyboard shit about 2.40 mins into it.

Peace is a lie, there's only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.

For sheer obnoxious awfulness, you can't really beat brokenCYDE:

As for mainstream groups and artists, in a competitive field, surely the Black Eyed Peas have got to be the most offensively terrible band currently operating? I should say, I don't listen to pop music if I can avoid it - it's not my cup of tea, but I can usually appreciate a good pop song and see why it is successful - not so with the BEP - I just think they're laughably bad. I'm genuinely amazed how anyone over toddler age could find anything to enjoy in their godawful music. I gather that they were once a moderately respectable hip-hop group, but all their songs since they became famous just sound like nursery rhymes for idiots.

The Black Eyed Peas are representative of something truly rotten in the music industry, pure corporate greed. They stopped being what you'd recognise as a "band" a long time ago, and are now effectively a vehicle for brand marketing.

Plus their music is dreadful cack, but you knew that.

I thought the music was laughable but the website is even funnier:

It seems to be intentional, too. :D

The sad thing is Fergie from black eyed peas actually has a good voice. The tracks she does on the new Slash album are really good. Black eyed peas however are absolutely dire.

That song reminded me of something that Vixen would have done in the late 80's. Nothing new.

Definitely Not Mister Pops

I was just subjected to 'Fix You' by Coldplay. :| Is it a song about a little boy who's broken his Gameboy?
You may quote me on that.
