Thanks for the welcome, guys and thanks for noticing, Emperor.

PWOG, sure, there's a preview of my book here: http://www.scribd.com/doc/71341480/Sparko-Graphic-Novel-Preview-By-Karl-Stephan (http://www.scribd.com/doc/71341480/Sparko-Graphic-Novel-Preview-By-Karl-Stephan)

I used to read 2000AD as a kid and have started rediscovering old favourites thanks to the collected volumes that filled the gaps for the progs I didn't get. I just got through all three volumes of the Complete Nemesis the Warlock. Wicked stuff!

I activated your account so did a bit of Googling to see if you were a right and proper individual (you weren't so we let you in ;) ) and found your blog and some of the samples - good stuff and having it printed by SLG is a real feather in your cap.

Woah!  That's some esteemed company you're in - SLG seldom put a foot wrong with their publishing choices*.  Previews of your book look fantastic, congratulations, and welcome!

*Evan Dorkin jockeys for position in the Top 5 of my favourite creators, and Dan Vado had him picked out right from the start.

Lol, thanks for making me feel welcome, chaps. I didn't expect so many people to be into the indie side of things.

@TordelBack - Evan's one of my all time favs too. He's gotten really well known for his most recent Dark Horse stuff, but for me the Hectic Planet work (esp the last two volumes) still owns, and wouldn't look out of place in 2000AD (come to think of it).
