Good stuff Jim: Grugz says he's about to invest in a Belly Wheel, so he may get on this one. Z

Happy Birthday Sharky/Falcon, and don't be so hard on yourself. You're a good egg, and it sounds like you're working hard, both of which are achievements in this day and age.

I too hope your day only gets better.

Been doodeling with a few copic markers I got online. A pack of 12 set me back £25. 'Sigh' I hear you can get them in singles in America, but have yet to see that in any shop here in the UK. A shame, as they are the best alcohol based markers i've ever used.

Copic 'Ciao' markers, £2.55 a pop, sold singly. Almost the entire range.

If you buy the packs, you inevitably end up with yet another 0.3mm black FineLiner, so I've been buying four or five at a time and have ended up with —I hope!— a fairly nicely balanced set of colours.

Cheers

Many thanks Jim! Another resource, having just discovered Tiger Pens a moment ago. I'll be sure to get the most out of both suppliers over the years.

Definitely Not Mister Pops

You may quote me on that.

Heathrow. It is a silly place.

apparently, the problem is that it's just not big enough.....

Lots in the news lately about this catastrophic earthquake that will apparently happen sooner or later where I live (Oregon, USA), including suggestions that when it eventually does happen it will be the worst national disaster in US history and completely devastate much of the entire North West of the continent. 1 in 3 chance of it happening in the next 50 years, whatever that means...

Really chilling stuff, and to be honest though I love living here so much, these new revelations are really making me consider upping sticks as soon as my contract is up and heading back to UK (up until now was seriously considering staying here for good).

I can't imagine many things worse than being stuck for an indeterminate amount of time in an ill-prepared city following a major disaster. Even less so in a country where so many people own guns. And that's assuming I'm not one of the tens of thousands of people who will die...
