Great stuff all round. The perfect special, in fact - I haven't enjoyed a prog this much since the millennium prog and its 2001 follow-up (not quite sure what to call them, now there's a real prog 2001 and 2002). I loved the TMO interludes too. And I only read the Tharg intro after I read the strips - the realisation that there was a ruby theme led me to read the whole thing again.
Lauren Beukes got Johnny and Red's characters down perfectly - I'd be delighted to see her do more. (Also, it's amazing to see the former sausage-party that was the Nerve Centre finally getting some talented female droids in.)
Dante was great, though I wouldn't like to see too many flashback stories.
Sláine - well, not awful, but I really think it's time he retired. Ro-Busters was enjoyable stuff though.
Zombo, though I never quite got into it before, was excellent - just the right amount of gentle progstalgia piss-taking.
Z.O.M.B.O alone was worth the admission. Lovely little go at Grant Morrison
That completely went over my head - was it the homeopathy bit? I love Morrison, me, but he doesn't half talk some gubbins sometimes.
