Prog 2002 - Free?

I had another copy of Prog 2002 delivered today, this time it was from the postman. I'm a little confused as I don't subscribe to 2000AD, I get it from my local corner shop. I do subscribe to the Megazine though. Are Rebellion sending out free copies to Meg readers who don't have a subscription to 2000AD in an effort to lure them on board?
I shall donate my second copy to a lapsed fan in an effort to get them back on board.

I got a free prog 2002 as well. Must be because we have Megazine subscriptions.

I dunno.  I've got a Meg sub and I only got one.

Maybe they're showing favouritism to people with certain postcodes.
