Its a long story .I watched a couple of minutes of it and left.

I wasnt impressed but the others thought it was funny.I just thought it was degrading especially for the Dog.

Its CCTV footage taken at Midnight or thereabouts.

Its rainy weather [water on the lenses of the cameras.

The dark shots are the night sky with a certain amount of light pollution.

The shots that look like its daylight are also taken at midnight .

I have never seen anything like it and it doesnt look like like lightning that i have ever seen even in electrical storms in the tropics.
