Bespoke printing for 50th Birthday - recommendations?

I’m hoping some creative type can help me out.

I’m looking to get a bespoke 50th present for a pal. It would be the dictionary definition of a word, nothing offensive, but a private joke.

I’d look to get it framed.

Does anyone have any idea how I go about getting that? Can anyone recommend a printing service that would help? I’m looking for it A4 sized on card, maybe a little bigger.
