Relatively quiet here and seemingly pretty close. Once again last day votes could take this one and so the old battle cry rings out once again. Get them votes in tody and I'll count um all up in the morning and we'll get a result.

Enjoyed the Red Seas but bad Company books 1 & 2 are pure thrillpower.
If I'd known it was harmless I would have killed it myself.

Bad Company. Red seas is superb and more consistent but it never hits the high of those early BC tales.

The best of Bad Company (the first two series) is better than the best of Red Seas. But taken as a whole, Red Seas is consistent and a great romp, coming together wonderfully in collected form. Kano (if we are counting that) was OK, but for me it's then been rapidly diminishing returns. So I'm going for Red seas.

Red Seas put up a fight and as ever seems to be the case the view that latter Bad Compnay doesn't hold a torch to the first book or two holds this thrill back from being a real threat it seems. That said

Bad Company

Holds onto the truth that the real fighting will start in Round 6.
