Savage, although I do think Diceman was a creation that got away, I would have loved to have read more more of his(non game) adventures.

2000 AD and Starlord hands down the best merger ever.

Battle Action Force could technically be called a merger. There were the Action Force mini comics given away in IPC titles before BAC appeared, So Action Force did exist as an IPC comic before it joined Battle!

This is a tough one. Two great, if very different character, both let down by their ending a little. Charley gets the vote.

Missed this, but would have gone for Doomlord, the first one is amazing, DD had some great moment in the new Eagle, but overall Doomy had a better run.

Like them both, but going for BlackHawk on the strength of its Tornado run, that Azpiri art is amazing.

Aw, missed this, Survivor is a great little revenge tale, and I don't remember Numbercruncher that well, but I do remember really liking the art so my vote is, .. ah well, to late

They're great!  I had a few, long gone, the whole 45th online thing look like fun.

Yup, I posted it on Twitter today, Dave H P sent it on last year, there is also a review for Starlord. The fanzine archive is an absolute treasure trove.
