Aha, a tattoo thread! Great to see people here with loads of ink. I keep seeing reference to Rufus's tattoos, but the pic links seem to have expired? I'm curious to see - does anyone have a working link?

Anyway, mine is very much a work in progress, but here it is so far:

Currently Simon, my tattooist, is moving studios so it's going to be another month before he continues with it. He's darkening the background and finishing up the colours, then it's done.

Thanks mate. It's a mixture. The wind bars and waves are Japanese, the main character is Monkey, taken from a Chinese wall hanging I own. The hand I think is Thai, and the clouds come from Zelda: The Windwaker.

Nice! So many different albums! My tattooists apprentice is a huge Maiden fan, which was nice. The very first day they asked me what tunes I wanted on. 'Got any Maiden?' I said. They looked at me and laughed. We've been doing nothing but watching and listening to Maiden since!

Haha! Brilliant! Believe it or not we only listened to Maiden once in the whole time my sleeve was done! The rest of the time it was zombie films! Haha!

I'd love to meet Adrian Smith, he is definitely the best guitarist in that band. And the other two are brilliant! So that's saying something.

Your back piece though, jesus! On one hand I'm looking at it thinking "That's brilliant!" and being reminded of the Yakuza. and then on the other hand all I can think of his "How did you manage to sleep?!" The pain!!!
