Zavvi's reply was altogether useless; when asked if they could confirm when they expect to get figures in stock to dispatch, in lieu of them already arriving in stores, the reply pretty much amounted to a verbose 'when they arrive in our warehouse'. Which suggests they haven't a clue.

As for online, I'm still not really seeing anywhere with the figures in stock and ready to go for mainland UK. Does anyone know any sites where they are available to buy now? Depending on the cost elsewhere I might be inclined to cancel some Zavvi preorders.

I just cancelled my Zavvi order for Dredd and Death. I have zero confidence they'll get here.

I've had an "order update" on Fear, Fire, Morris and Giant today that simply apologises for them having not been received yet.

I'll admit I've not completely trusted Zavvi since ordering the Arkham Knight special edition from them in 2014. I was surprised to see it listed since I thought it was a Game-exclusive edition, but it was a bit cheaper so I went with Zavvi. Lo, days before release they stated they would not be getting any copies and tried to default my order to the standard edition, at a more expensive price than elsewhere.

I'm convinced they never intended to receive copies and the whole listing was a bait-and-switch hoping I'd just keep my order running. Maybe I'm too suspicious.

My Dredd and Death figs turned up today. I had cancelled my Zavvi order and re-ordered a few days back from 'Beyond Toys'. Very happy with them.

In that case, that was quick! "On or before week commencing 12th Dec" was Zavvi's alleged release date so of course nothing has been dispatched.

Sadly Beyond Toys only appear to have Death, Mortis and Giant available, which means if I cancel my current Zavvi orders I'll still be currently unable to source Dredd, Fear or Fire.

I have used them many times in the past and their reliability and customer service is great.
Although they're based in the Big Meg, so there's high International shipping and extra import taxes to consider in the total purchase price.
Combined shipping on the in-stock Toof goodies may work out to be cost effective, though local retailers would be the cheaper method.
Depends on how strong the FOMO is.

Just cancelled all my pre orders with zavvi, just can't see them fulfilling the orders will get them as and when the come out with retail stores

Just received Fire and Death from Heroes. First of any to arrived for me. Simply fantastic looking 2000ad merch. Pretty much decided not to open but to look for duplicates to open. Kudos to Hiya and whoever on the 2000ad worked with them.
