Dirty Sanchez competition

Although I'm not here much these days, I noticed a bloke called Dirty Sanchez.
So here is a mini-competition for all on the message board (Except for the bold Mr. Sanchez himself), with a grand prize of a good, hard kick in the face. All you have to do is answer this one easy question (Easy, that is, for those who spend too much time looking at e-mail forwards and/or Viz comics):

I'm ashamed to say my debut (Thread 1211) on this message board included the admission that I knew what Dirty Sanchez meant.

However, I have no intention of trying to post an explanation for Wake to wipe (sorry, that was unintentional), despite your attractive offer of a prize, Jayzus.

Please don't judge me too readily: Oddboygirl also admitted to having the forbidden knowledge.

Interestingly, Mr Sanchez, he of the russet moustache, made that one brief appearance and then vanished down a hole somewhere.

Perhaps he is someone else in disguise, or he was frightened off after being called on his deeply disgusting monicker?

He's certainly not me. Does anyone else want to own up to having an alter ego?

Just to confirm: I was told what it meant by my sick landlord/flatmate while drinking gin.  There were no practical examples - purely verbal.

I have no personal experience of this in any way whatsoever.
It came to my knowledge after giggly discussions of Roger's Profanisaurus.
