Can't be...the last human died in the first episode of Shakara (which I must re-read again, it's blooming brilliant)

Aye, but then Shakara went on a bit of a long journey at the end of the series - who knows where it could have ended up...

STOP SAYING
SHAKARA!
You're all about as bad as
the bloke himself
.

You may need a few more spoiler tags over here, Molch-R.

If what the O.P suggests comes to pass, that would be both brilliant and awful all at once....! ;-)

For me, a bit more awful than brilliant.
I adore
Shakara
, but a cross-over with Dredd? Seems a little bit daft.

Molch-R's imposed spoiler tags have me worried!

Ditto on both counts.

It doesn't work out on any basis. ..... is contemporary to the early 21st Century.

Isn't the first panel of
Shakara the Earth exploding?
Yes and the baddie's dream in the story was in essence to stride the universe in both time and space and the shaping thereof. Z

Why tag...*that* name after the first post?

If anyone's going to read the responses beyond it they're going to have un-spoilerised the OP, otherwise the whole conversation won't make sense!

Molch-R's imposed spoiler tags have me worried!

I added the tags as, ideally, speculation about a story, particularly one where most people haven't got their Progs yet, should be conducted under spoiler tags.

Most people, including myself, view this board using the 'latest posts' link at the bottom of the board - meaning spoilers appear whether we want them or not.

It's pretty obviously John Carpenters The Thing, just as Titan was Predator.

God I love Williams / Flint 80s Action Dredd.

He's just so fxxking angry it's Brilliant.

There is only one "thing" in Dredd, and that is The Starborn Thing.
