Oh Nemo, I love Johnny.

Back in the 80s they had some pages in a comic shop on Seven Sisters Road in Tottenham. I really wanted one or two but that was back in the days of being young & poor.

Every time Dale posts something I want to ask where he finds his treasure.

Fantastic! That's a treasure, all right. Love it.

Cheers Greg, I understand a lot of the original pages ended up in skips  :(

I certainly haven't seen a huge number of 'Hook Jaw' pages online - there's not that many on CAF - which makes it particularly exciting to see yours. The idea that a lot of the Action art got trashed definitely rings a bell. I've got a few Hook Jaw pages myself, but they're not Sola stuff - they're from one of the later post-ban annuals (though I never did figure out which one.)

Hook Jaw! :D Lovely! Sola has a great style.
It's a joke. I was joking.

I'm glad there's still some pages knocking about, I guess you folks are familiar with this Action website then, some nice originals on here too  :)

Oh yeah, that's right, it was Rufus that saved some of the pages. Cheers for the link, ed - I've been on that site before but couldn't find that very page explaining the sad treatment of the art.
