The Citheronians perambulate via a complex combination of hidden wires, subtle grease, and, of course, invisible jetpacks.

I stand corrected.

Congratulations to The Out, thoroughly deserved, not that I've been following or anything you understand... I mean, it's fine...It's just a bit of fun right? I would never take it personally... Is it dusty in here? No, it's just something in my eye, they're tears of joy - Sniff -

Many thanks to Earthlet Canes for they're hard work and all those who voted - Rigellian Hotshots all round!

Under the current state of democracy, I declare PROTEUS VEX the winner...*cough*

I concur the independent commission has counted and validated all "legal" votes

Exactly. It's obvious to anyone who believes it that all right-thinking individuals would only vote for Proteus Vex, therefore anyone who didn't was misguided and their votes should be discarded.

Please join me for drinks later...

Out of interest you kept flipping the panel as you were going along, often, when not actually adding anything, I'm guessing to do the equivalent of looking at the image in a mirror, which I know is something that helps give a fresh view of a picture when you are drawing.

Can I be so bound as to ask why you flip it while actually drawing in detail and lines though. Is this equivalent to turning a page around when drawing to help your hand angle? For some reason I found it being done when working digitally surprising?

Just curious nothing else.

Quite right. Keeps the eye fresh and helps spot anything really glaring.

I'll draw on it in any orientation as it's all about building the image up. Also, it may be a 'gestural' line which just feels more natural to do a certain way.

Hope that helps..!?

Classifieds / Cintiq 24hd
15 September, 2020, 11:00:24 AM
Hi -
After upgrading my setup I have an older model CINTIQ 24hd going spare (for use with the original sized USB's).  It has the heavy-duty stand so it ain't light.  She's also a bit beat up on the case and stand but works like an absolute trooper - bit loathed to get rid of it but it is taking up too much room in my studio.

£250 - collecton only (Norfolk, UK)

Happy to send pics, but please contact me directly for them, I have shift so much stuff to get it out and take them, I'll only do it if there's interest!!

Events / Nor Con 6
24 September, 2016, 02:32:57 PM
Hi - if any Earthlets in the Norfolk area are about, Saturday 8th October, why not come say hello at NOR CON 6, at the Norfolk Showground!?

Paul Davidson, Lee Bradley and myself will be attending and doing a bit of drawing. I'll be doing mine for donations to charity (that way you can't get your money back!) and would be happy to discuss any commissions, sign a prog or two or check out your portfolio, on the day. It will be great to meet a few local Dredd-heads and dispense some instant justice!

Best wishes and maybe see you soon...
