Batman/Judge Dredd

I was browsing the internet today and I stumbled across an recent article which stated that Bolland was in talks to do the next Dredd/Batman Xover, but I lost the page and can't retrace my steps and find it. I remember it said that it was being aimed at being published in late 2003. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Well if it's a 5 page story he might have it ready for then.

There was a big deal made about Brian possibly returning for a six pager later this year. At the speed he draws it's unlikely he could get a book out for late next year. Sadly.

Even if a strip isn't possible, is there no chance of hiring Brian to turn out a few covers?

Same goes for other 2000AD luminaries. How about a decent cover from Kev O'Neill instead of the sketch he drew for the Anniversary prog?
Carlos Ezquerra? It's been over 300 progs since he last turned out a cover, IIRC.
A Dave Gibbons, Cam Kennedy or Colin Wilson one-off for the return of the original Rogue?
