My suggestion re prog ennui is just to take a break for a few weeks. Come back when you're in the mood and blast through a particular thrill prog-by-prog, it works really well.
Think I'll give that a shot myself - might even do some reviews here. I'm trying to rekindle my prog love so that sounds like the way forward.
I'm digital too by the way - I've lived in a very small place for a long time and will probably continue to do so, so I'm very happy with my choice.

Very sad to hear about Mark Lanegan. I was wondering why 6 Music were playing his stuff today.
I read an interview with him late last year (I think he had a book out) and he sounded like he'd been through the wringer.
He was a great musician in his own right, but also one of those people who seem to thrive in collaborations. He's left a great catalogue behind.
