If I'd enjoyed the first one more, I'd be very tempted. Some of the pledge packages are interesting though - £60 for two tickets to an exclusive screening plus the DVD boxset and book, that sounds like a fun day out for the price. If I lived in/near That London I'd be checking my PayPal balance.
He'd probably be better off kickstartering more League books/short-films.
£10 for five shorts doesn't seem like too much fan milking, but for a grand I'd expect the list of incentives in the Ultimate Package to include the words "under the sweater".
