Kingdom Of Adventure - 1st Anniversary!

On Saturday the 19th June it's our 1 year anniversary which is pretty scary really!

As part of that we've got a number of things planned but the main one is the Charity Raffle.  Actual format is to be confirmed once I've had my idea accepted by the charities involved but so far we've had a number of donations from comic book and gaming people.

On the day we'll have the Stormtroopers back, an extra special offer on all products and it's also Free RPG Day and we will have 1 session of the new Deathwatch Warhammer 40,000 RPG being run and will a have Quick Start rules + scenario available for free along with a number of other RPG products.  We will have RPG Designers Malcolm Craig and Gregor Hutton and gaming artists Jon Hodgson and Andy Hepworth in the shop chatting and signing their stuff.  We're also hoping to have Games Workshop artist Adrian Smith in the shop but that's dependent on his availability.

We have had a lot of items delivered already with more on the way, we've had a number of items arrive since the photos were taken on Tuesday 25th May.  I hope to have a definitive list by the end of next week.



Signed Incognito Trade Paperback with Sketch by Sean Phillips.  This is a great book and I'm a huge fan of Sean's art so I was almost tempted to keep it for myself even though I already own the monthly issues!!!


Signed The Losers Vol 1 & 2 Trade Paperpack with Sketch by Jock.  With the film out (go see it!) this will be a popular item.


Donations can be made from Wednesday 2nd June and for each £1 donation you get 1 entry into the prize draw.  First drawn gets first pick and so on.

Received some awesome stuff from Charlie Adlard that the fanboy in me couldn't wait to take photos of. A group photo of the prizes will be taken on Wednesday when we hope to have everything as there's still a few things outstanding.
