Woah... Can't wait to sit and devour this! Congratulations John.

Did you get to see Greg's artwork for the Solomon Kane prose collection, Pete?

How about Grice, or Jefferson from the LotF :)

How about Grice, or Jefferson from the LotF :)

Grice made fun of the system rather than contributing to it, and didn't care about what the citizens got up to, other than functioning as shooting practice for his goons. At least Cal cared enough to build a wall around them :)

I like the sound of a Chief Judge Jefferson - pity he doesn't fit.

Emperor

Here you go:

if I went 'round saying I was an Emperor just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!

Thank you very much. I was trying not to gawp in wonder at the Johnny Alpha CG model.

I must get a LINKS page reinstated on my PLAY DREDD web site this week.

I've just realised I forgot to give a very important indirect contributor his due: GRANT GOGGANS, whose TOUCHED BY THE HAND OF THARG story index site was my enabler, allowing me to (on two occasions ) rebuild my entire 2000AD-related comic collection and to quickly locate many stories for professional and amateur research purposes. Without Grant's efforts, none of my websites or books would ever have come to pass.

I will give appropriate credit to Grant in all future releases, including the next update for SoMC1 V1.

Top work!
Here is someone with nothing but dedication for the subject matter! Mongoose take note.
There's almost too much to take in  :) but I for one am going to try to read it all eventually. I love things like this. Not to be taken at all in the wrong way , but almost uber-nerdish in it's approach!
I am an uber-nerd when it comes to 2000ad and Dredd so it really is a compliment not an insult.
Keep up the good work!
...because I hate you.

When the old Judge Dredd A-Z came out I was pretty unimpressed by the result. So I sat down one afternoon and started my own version. I only had access to some old reprints at the time, so I ended up working on Judge Death and The Oxygen Board. My intention was to cover everything in each episode: every Judge, every character, every location, every named building, every craze, every device and object, every crime, every bit of usable information. I did it pretty successfully for those two stories. Then I got bored and abandoned the idea.

You, Sir, deserve some kind of award for dedication so extraordinary that there are no words to describe it.

You are also quite, quite mad.

Keep up the good work.

Regards

Robin

I'm adding links to other Judge Dredd-related web-sites to the PLAY DREDD web-site; I already have this very site and Termight Replicas. If you have or own any sites you think fellow Dreddheads will enjoy, please can you post their name and URL here?

Thanking you - John

Well there is always FQP's blog which covers Zarjaz that almost always has a Dredd story in it:

http://thequaequamblog.blogspot.com/

CraveNoir has a Dredd movie news blog:

http://www.judgedreddmovienews.com

Wikipedia has a lot of information starting here, obviously:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judge_Dredd

The International catalogue of Superheroes is handy:

As is Barney's Dredd timeline:

I best add my blog to the list

http://cellarofdredd.blogspot.com/

This is a weekly guide to what is and was available in the Dredd/2000AD range of merchandise. Each week I add another item that takes my fancy and yap on about it and how I managed to get my hands on it. I post numerous pics in each article and these items are ones that are actually in my cellar.
