Just thought that people might be interested in viewing an incredible Dark Judges commission by Ashley Wood.  No, it's not mine but I wish it was :)

You can see it here in Jim Reid's collection - http://tinyurl.com/yh5yyhn

I can't get any of Royd's links to work. Any chance of a small image post?

Dear lord that's magnifique! No matter what, the Darks Judges look great.

Someday, I will commission something - can't complain though, before xmas I bought some Flint, Ewins and Dayglo goodness!

I dont know anything about the artist but that is a beautiful piece of art and i would be very happy to own it.

I especially like the way the characters disappear into cross hatching.

Wonderful  :D

Hey Kev, thanks for posting the image :)

Hey Peter, Ash has previously illustrated Judge Dredd (about 10 years ago) and has worked on Spawn, Metal Gear Solid, Ghost Rider 2099, X-Men, Tank Girl, Hellspawn and many of his own art books and titles for IDW.

He's also the CEO of threeaonline - http://www.threeaonline.com/ the company which recently gained the licence to create 2000AD action figures.

One of Ash's books was also recently optioned as a movie by Jerry Bruckheimer.  I'm the lucky owner of some of Ash's early work which can be seen here -

It's all right, that's in every contract.
That's what they call a sanity clause.
You can't fool me, there ain't no sanity clause.

Sure, it's "World War Robot" - http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=57652

I'm very curious to see how it'll appear on the big screen :)

Let's not forget the awesomeness that is Zombies Versus Robots - as well as the sequel, Zombies Versus Robots Versus Amazons!

Fun books. Plus, the reason I started dabbling with screentones, no less...

That's brilliant.

Be nice to see him return and do a strip like this.  I liked his painted work on, I think, Skar for the Meg?  But this beats it like a ginger mule.  Fantastic.
