Problem playing video on PS3 and PSP

Ok here's my problem I know MP4 can play on the PS3 and PSP so I went to put my MP4 torrents on it today and it says it's not sported so I thort I would run the file thro a converter but my computer doesn't like the converter I used on my old computer so does anyone have any suggestions.

I've had the same problem so I use the Aimersoft Video Converter. It always does the trick for me.

I gave up trying to put video onto my PSP a long, long time ago, as it seems to support only a very narrow band of video formats and codecs, but the PS3 will play most wmv, mp3 and mp4 files.  No MKV playback, mind, and no support for srt files as far as I can tell, though it's still a fair few leagues in front of the 360, which has limited flash drive recognition when it comes to video files.

psp video 9 ( videora psp converter ) its a free download i use it to convert and put video's onto my psp easy to use.

BTW im currently using vista operating system assuming your using teh same

I think you might need to download the C.H.E.E.S.E. codec...

this is the one I used to uses that dosent work on my new computer.
