My entry this month: Otto Sump.

Otto Sump made several appearances in Judge Dredd one of the most notable was when he created the 'Ugly Clinic' which inadvertently turned his clients into hideous monstrosities. The Ugly look soon became a fashion sensation and made Otto a fortune before Dredd created the Ugly Tax and made Otto's services too expensive for the average citizen. The story was a damning indictment of the fashion industry and the media obsession with body image that is even more relevant today than when it was when originally published.

A horse?  Ha ha!  That'd be ridiculous!

Everyone knows it's a sheep's skull, which of course makes sense entirely.

I'm so glad you did this Pictsy.  I had the same idea about an immobile Helm, his continuing adventures to be just sitting in the same place, but the level of art here is daunting!  Well done!

This is Sefton Disney's entry for the art comp, although I drew it up for him,Sefton came up with the character and pose, so if you  can enter it under his name I'd be very grateful.
