Help! / US Online Comic Shops that carry 2000ad?

Are there any good ones?
I checked the two big ones, Mile High and MyComicShop. It looks like Mile High stopped stocking Progs and Megazines years ago. Plus their prices suck.
My Comic Shop seems to have nothing in stock.
Midtown comics used to carry megs and progs, but they don't anymore.
