So where is it then, where's Holby Exhibition Centre. Google doesn't seem to find it....

I'm guessing it's a set for Casualty or one of the Holby set TV shows, there's lots of generic stuff there but nothing much famous apart from some manga posters.

'Tis for an upcoming episode of Holby City. An friend of a friend works for a props department in Bristol where it's filmed.

Oh come now. Everyone knows that Barry Allen has been superceded by Wally West. Barry was fast, Wally was faster. Thanks to his interactions with Max Mercury, his tutorage from Jay Garrick (which Barry didn't have) and his understanding of the Speed Force Wally is much faster.

Remember Barry being unable to run faste enough to survive in Crisis? Wally survived his ordeal in Final Crisis.

Case closed.
