Games / Dredd RPG...Classic or Worlds of 2000ad?
25 May, 2019, 10:37:59 AM
Howdy,

Looking to pick up either the Classic Jude Dredd RPG by Games Workshop or the latest Judge Dredd and the worlds of 2000ad.
I generally prefer rules light systems with an emphasis on narrative play and I was hoping someone might be able to recommend one or the other?

Does anyone have experience of both who would be willing to share their opinion on the pros and cons of both?

Howdy folks,

I'm looking for the 400th issue of the Megazine to replace mine which is damaged.

Does anyone happen to have a spare they're willing to sell?

I'm in the UK

Cheers!

Howdy,

These are two of my favorite Anderson covers both by the late Brett Ewins.
Both were covers of Best of 2000AD Monthly and are pretty iconic, were they ever made available as prints or pull outs?

Yep, i was quite surprised myself.

I just bought the Anderson figure from their eBay store and figured I'd double check just in case they have any left and it would appear the Dredd is now discontinued. It looks like they're discontinuing the figures as soon as the molds are approaching the end of their life.
I guess they figure it would not be financially viable to spend money remolding.

Curse me metal britches i should have picked one up sooner!

Howdy,

Just popped over to Dark World Creations Web site to pick up a 70mm Dredd to find they are no longer available. There's none listed on ebay so i figured i would ask here if anyone can help me out?

Regards

This could be a nice pick up for those of you interested in statues, I've not seen this one come up on ebay much:

There's a Commissions Thread and an Original Art Thread you should post these in!  ;)

Thanks for the heads up, I've had a look around the forum but can't find the thread you are talking about.

Any chance you could point me in the right direction?  :-[

General / My original art by Lee Sullivan

Hi Perps!

Been meaning to post the these for a while. I was fortunate enough to meet Lee Sullivan at East Midlands Comic Con this year and he very kindly (in addition to some cash from my wallet) put pen to paper and produced this Demarco sketch for me. I later purchased a piece of original art from his web store. as I'm sure you can all tell the original art is from The Pit my favorite Dredd story to this point.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

The photo was taken at East Midlands Comic Con...my first real outing in costume, but it certainly wont be the last!

Also had an opportunity to meet Lee Sullivan who worked on "The Pit". Great guy who loves to chat to fans...He also very kindly sketched an awesome Judge Demarco for me..will post pic later :)

Hi folks!

Been a long time lurker on the forum so i figured it was about time i came out of the closet as it were!
My name is Simon, I have a real passion for Sci-Fi and fantasy film and TV, Film production ans special effects. Another passion very close to my heart is comics and comic art...especially those with a reputation for "Good girl art" such as Adam Hughes, Terry Dodson, Frank Cho etc.

I thought i would include a photo of my ugly mug in a recent run in with the fuzz!

Howdy!

I wasn't able to attend London Super Comic Con, but would really have liked to have picked up one of Frank Cho's Judge Anderson Prints. Unfortunately i also found the previous thread linking to an ebay listing for charity to late (doh!)

If anyone has one they would like to sell or knows where i can get hold of one please drop me a line!

Damn it,

wish I'd have found this earlier i would certainly have put a good bid on the print!

Congrats on the sale, especially considering where the money is going!
