Doom 3 Multiplayer Bobbare-ness...

Howdy y'all!

Sorry to use you all like this when im hardly ever here any more, but here goes:

Ive just installed an official Doom 3, so i can play it on-line. When i go to the multiplayer option, im told i have to install update patch 1.1, or it wont work.
So, i install the patch and restart, but now whenever i start the game, it says the wrong disk is inserted and wont load!

Ive tried installing from scratch a few times and allways the same.

Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated!!!

Anyway, hope you are all well, and i *promise* to spend a little more time here!
