Title: Selling Art - A Question...
Post by: Woolly on 25 November, 2020, 07:50:12 PM
Hope someone can help here...

I'm thinking of trying to sell some art, potentially prints of said art.
Thing is, am I allowed to sell prints of characters owned by Rebellion without a license? Or would I be limited to selling only the original pieces?
Also, would it have to be commissioned work in order for me to sell it in the first place?

I think prints would be a definite no-no, whilst one-off originals may fall into the "technically wrong but too small-scale to be worth enforcing" category

That's kinda what I was thinking.
No IP character prints then, but commissions ago-go!

Regardless of the plans for selling - the legality of which I won't pretend to know anything about I'd certainly be interested in seeing what you produce as your art is exceptional.
