How many sectors are there in mega city 1?

The details are quite simple...
Central Area will retain its former boundaries but reduced to 20 sectors, numbered concentrically from sector 1.
The southern boundaries of east and West areas will be moved North to accommodate the new South.
East area will comprise sectors 21 - 108, radiating in sequence from the Eastern edge of Central area.
South, West and North areas will follow a similar pattern, except in the North, where sector numbering will be on an East-West basis.
The North-Wet Hab Zone will of course, be classified as North and be numbered 301 - 305.
