Any idea what this is about?  I saw an ad for it in the FCBD 2000AD but hadn't heard about it before - the wording made it look like it was a new title, but didn't say whether it was monthly, quarterly, etc.  (Still can't get in to the forum while at home, so I'm posting this during a break at work - but my copy of the FCBD isn't here, otherwise I'd type out some of the blurb).
