I'm now back home - had a great time at this today and love to meet and chat to you McFad.
Hopefully this will happen next year again and I can stay for a drink or two.

Great to meet you and your good lady Barrington I’ve had a great day as well.
Certainly have a drink or 2 next year if I’m all down.

P.S. I love my Judge Dan (Descartes) as much as your Mean Machine by Lew.

I shouldn’t try and type without my glasses on  “(Descartes)” should read (Desperate)  😂😂😂

Alien Nation (1986?)

Stands up surprisingly well. It's like District 9 before District 9. Well worth a rewatch if you haven't seen recently or a watch full stop if you've never seen. Dare I say forgotten sci fi classic. Well maybe not on this forum.

I remember enjoying it at the time and the subsequent spin off TV series (but that’s probably of it’s time now)
Maybe try and catch the film sometime soon.

A short and sharp box set addiction love death & robots on Netflix.

This is the 3rd season and I have enjoyed all 3. Yes there are some better than others and some really good ones.

It is what future shocks could have been if we had Tooth TV.

P.S. my favourite in this run is Mason’s Rats

Passing the “Dasher” could always be eventful (if it’s still there not been passed there since the pandemic)

But you’re right the journey time on the bus will be waaay too long after a night out😳

Oh ffs! Will need to check last train times, to Edinbra and then North Berwick... pity we never had our own 2000ad train driver to get me back!

The 124 Bus runs pretty late if you don’t mind going through the Pans late at night 😳

Its full name is: "the Pans, eh".
