Got quite a few of them already. Newish to the forums but been reading 2000AD since the early 90's :)

Thanks for the list though, will have a look through it again and see if there is any good reads I don't have.

More or less just wondering about the case files at present and as some are out of print, instead of getting the whole run was just wondering which of the case files are the must have volumes etc :)

Ahh, I see. I'm totally new to 2000AD. Don't know if you are aware of abebooks.com - you can often find out of prints there.

Thanks for the heads up, I just managed to get that all illusive Complete Nemesis the Warlock from there :D been looking for it for over a year now :D

Mine arrived with the Prog today. Posted on the 3rd but if that's just because subs were higher than expected then I'm ok with that.

Mine came in a weird second post that we normally don't get whilst I was at work yesterday. I got an email from John saying some rogue post office had a temp working doing large volume post and essentially just hid it until after Christmas to deal with it then.

Mine was posted the 3rd also. Glad it arrived, continues perfectly from issue 1. Loving this new comic, fingers crossed it continues like this for years to come :D

Tempted to try and get all the Case Files but it's at 18 - 19 volumes now and my bank account would break if I was to grab them all xD

Might start with the first few and then grab a few a month from then on. I gather they are starting to go out of print for the earlier ones though.

Yup - I wanted to do the same, but $$$. I started with #5 per a recommendation from here

I got quite a bit in Amazon gift certificates this year so I may snap up a few with those certs and make a start from there. Any gems I should grab first or just work my way through them?

When I first got here I got a ton of good recommendations. Here is a link to the thread - there are some good links within as well...

They will be expanded on and reprinted first before the new stuff starts.

Great :D Put me down for all material released then please :D

Will admit, only had one issue of Strip so far but it certainly shows what a comic of this ilk can be like along side 2000AD. CLiNT is just miles off for me. Think I will get the first 12 issues on eBay this evening and cancel the sub. Just not interested in it any more. As others have said, mainly Kick Ass and American Vampire worked for me and the Stewart Lee strips. Other than that, just not enough decent content to justify a sub right now. Even the bairn has no interest in it, Strip Magazine he loved and he will flick through my 2000AD's here and there. CLiNT he looked at it, put it down and made a groan noise with it so I guess that's my queue to end it.

So far I think I have subbed up to issue 12 but I am going to cancel the sub. I just have no interest in it any more. Started out alright but slowly and surely its just been put to a side and read in down time between all other books/comics. Only really interested in Kick Ass 2 and I think I may just wait for a trade for that now and save the money.

Out of interest, how much did you get for the 8 issues you sold Radiator?

They do go out of print but RoboKeef has stated that being some of their best sellers they are usually top of the list to get reprints.

Thanks for the info :)

Still no reply to my email this morning to John so I will check when I get in this evening from work.

yeah I think the time has come to give them a shout

I'm assuming now though that if these are reported missing we will just get them with #3 as that has a shelf date of 12th Jan (customs permitting etc)

No sub of #2 here either, got in touch and they asked me to email them. The copy was posted, just no sign of it. Have to wait.until 6th Jan before I can report it missing. In the mean time I've had Prog 2012, two magazines and the Jan 4th Prog  and no sign of Strip.
