New Dredd cover art?

Anyway, just noticed this cover by Nick Runge on CAF; anyone know more about it?  Marked as a 'retailer incentive' cover, so I assumed it might be connected with the IDW gig.

Fucking IDW and their fucking mountain of variant covers. You can't even order the one you want they just send a random assortment to your comic shop. If you're shop doesn't order very many copies, its a crap shoot.
