Dogs was just a bit part - see him shine as cowboy hat wearing kickboxer Travis in the Best Of The Best series.  He also had a small turn in one of my favourites 'The Music of Chance'.

Seemed to do a lot of straight to video stuff with 'Starsky & Hutch' his only recent mainstream hit, and that was a blink and miss it cameo.

So long Travis may all your roundhouse kicks in heaven be swing door smashing.

He was quite amusing in the amusingly bad live action version of Fist of the North Star, with his bulging head and stuff.

Had parts in True Romance and Rush Hour as I recall.  
Always watchable.
