Lost Property 2

Hopefully sorted in time for the October/November  rounds of conventions- contributions are being sought for inclusion in Lost Property 2.

This time as well as the strips I'd love to be able to run a couple of text pieces about old newspaper strips, the origins of the form, famous strips etc... If anybody out there knows anything about such matters and would like to contribute I'd really like to hear from you.

I know this probably has a limited scope for discussion, but when you're in the pub playing some crap bowling simulation or other, you get the high score and it asks for three initials, what's the first thing you go with? I generally go with "FUD", which tends to tickle my drink-softened funny bone.
Juvenile I know, but no less than "FART" I reckon.
