Very early on, when we see the scenes of the judges in 'control', we get to see a close up of a screen with a map, various readouts and stats - to the right (IIRC) there is a small box with 'MULTIPLE HOMICIDE: JUDGE HERSHEY RESPONDING' or something similar.
