Dredd's wife?

I know Dredd is prohibited from romantic relations as a Judge, so I was wondering about a line from this review.

Now, I'm pretty behind on Dredd, and I've missed this issue in particular, so... what's the deal here?

If you read the plot summary up above the review, you'll see that the domestic Dredd scenes are just the dreams of one particular citizen, rather than Dredd actually being married!

he probably could be married, but not be allowed a relationship?????????????????




Justice dept must provide them with some outlet, do the dream machines relieve judges of certain tensions.
