Sancho Panzer

Lilly MacKenzie

They were both fun, but I'll vote for Brit-Cit Babes.

I think either Hunt or Wagner was killed in prog 40 or 41, but I'm not at home so I can't check.

His original run on Dredd was quite varied. There are some truly horrible stories like Muzak Killer Live and A Man Called Greener. But he also did Raider, which I like very much (and so did Karl Urban), and Justice One, and Twilight's Last Gleaming. And he was much better than everyone who came next until Wagner came back.

I got 2262 on time, and 2264 arrived today, but I don't have 2263.

And he's about to reach his 1,000th prog.

Sadly also suggests the idea of a hardcover is also out the picture.

He doesn't say that, and the article clearly states more than once that this is a hardcover.

I've just come back from watching Ghostbusters: Afterlife, thought it was good. Very slow at the beginning, but it picks up in the second half, and the ending is brilliantly done. Finally the sequel the original deserved.

(There are extra scenes during and after the end credits, so stay for those.)

Sorcery! was fantastic. Probably the best of FF.

I would like this printed on a t-shirt, or tattooed on my face.

Between this and Citadel there's been some superb artwork that's not the sort of thing you'd normally see in a child's book - not gory, but so imaginative and grotesque and just downright odd - fantastic stuff.

Jackson and Livingstone fought to make sure they got to pick the artwork - resulting in it being in line with the Games Workshop / White Dwarf / Citadel style.  Compare and contrast with any other children's books of the era, or even TSR / Dungeons and Dragons / Dragon magazine of the time.

The art in the original editions of these books is usually fantastic. Disappointingly, Scholastic Books have substituted childish cartoony illustrations by some other artist, which I think is a real shame.
