Not really. There's a whole list of other stories named Something of the Daleks, such as Genesis of the Daleks, Destiny of the Daleks, Resurrection of the Daleks and Revelation of the Daleks - Victory of the Daleks is just in keeping with the established precedent.

Yes but we must find a way to disable the technology that enables Daleks to fly or we will never defeat them !
