Great film! George Clooney and Jeff Bridges steal the show as you'd expect. It's funny as hell with good performances from the rest of the cast as well. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Yuh, it's enjoyable enough. Smirksome rather than laugh out loud with a rather sweet ending. Even Ewan MacGregor asking what a Jedi is, didn't annoy.
Not sure if pervert or cheesecake expert.

I didn't get it. After a promising trailer and an enjoyable enough 30 minutes it seemed to lose its way. There were still some funny moments but they were punctuated by such dullness that even they lost there power to amuse. If i'd have known my missus wanted to leave half way through I might have joined her. I only realised she felt the same way at the end of the film.

Thought it was very funny stuff. The Ewan McGregor Jedi thing seemed quirky at first mention but they did run it into the ground a bit. Apart from that I thought it was cracking, apparently very different in tone to the book (which I don't think has a narrative tying it together), but not having read it that didn't bother me.

I thought this movie was okay, so-so stuff, fairly enjoyable.

It had a great cast, some clever stuff, but not really as much memorable dialogue and whatnot as I was expecting. Still, decent enough stuff.

Speaking of George Clooney in an eccentric role, now Burn After Reading, there's one I love.
