This is my copy of the latest Judge Dredd trade collection: Day of Chaos Fallout. Cover price £18.99

It was signed at Orbital comics last Saturday by four of Tharg's Droids:
Writer Rob Williams and artists Laurence Campbell, Ben Willsher and Trevor Hairsine.

It had been read once carefully and is in a comic bag and board and posted to you in an A4 card envelope.

This is a 100% charity auction for Cancer Research and I am paying for second class P&P so every penny you pay goes to charity. Please dig deep and make a bid.

Cheers.

Eamonn

Suggestions / Wraparound covers on the iPad app
22 May, 2014, 09:42:48 AM
Just noticed on 1882 that I can't view the wraparound cover as a single piece of art. Only as two separate pages at each end of the Prog. Would it be possible to put those together so we can see them as the artists intended by turning the tablet to landscape?

Or have I missed an obvious way to do this?

Our honoured chairperson Lady Festina is out of the country and has asked me to start the voting thread.

For the 32nd short story competition the brief was set by our last winner, Alski, and the theme was a 2000AD MOVIE MASH-UP. To give us Monty Pythons Life Of Halo Jones, Dreddy Potter, Die Hard in Downlode... Twothy characters meet Hollywood, Bollywood, Pinewood or Ed Wood. And as ever all in 500 words or less.

And this time there is a brand new copy of the Trifecta hardback for the winner.

So your top three votes and an honourable mention please.

Voting will run until Lady Festina gets back and gives us a finishing time.

General / Cover of the year 1981

I was looking at comicbookDB's cover gallery at the progs I got signed by Ron Smith at FCBD and noticed what a vintage year for 2000AD covers 1981 was.

It starts with prog 193 on this page
http://www.comicbookdb.com/title_covergallery.php?ID=1946&offset=280
goes on to this page
http://www.comicbookdb.com/title_covergallery.php?ID=1946&offset=300
and then finishes with prog 244 on this page
http://www.comicbookdb.com/title_covergallery.php?ID=1946&offset=320

Spoilt for choice but which covers would you vote for?

I'll start with
1. Prog 225 Dark Justice by Bolland

2. Prog 211 Pop art Dredd by Ron Smith

3. Prog 204 King of the Streets by McMahon

Difficult to leave Ezquerra out but those are three great covers
