QuoteCan the first person to actually see it please let us know what the contents are in general?

I might be reviewing it for 2000AD Review (as well as the Anderson Psi-Files 01, if it's not already been done). The Restricted Files 01 should be arriving tomorrow AM.

Thanks John. The contents now seem to be fairly well discussed in another (new) thread specifically on the title, so that's me sorted.

QuoteAmerica was not technically a Dredd strip though, was it?

No, but I've always assumed it will be included in the Case Files as over the years it's become quite significant to the overall chronology, and it's sequels decidedly are Dredd stories and will definitely be included.
Has this been cleared up officially at any point since? Being massively, I was just looking at the covers of Case Files 15 & 16 and working out what the page counts would be. According to my calculations, CF 15 contains:
Progs 701 - 726  = 162pp
Megs 1.01 - 1.06 = 83pp (Dredd strips)

I know the page counts are usually only ballpark figures, but that's a total of just 245 pages: way lower than the norm. So, unless they fill it up with stuff from the Mega Specials and the like which would seem more likely to be destined for future Restricted Files, 62 pages of America would round it out nicely.

No official word yet, but my copy of CF15 might (fingers crossed) arrive tomorrow morning - if so I will post the complete contents.

The cover, according to Amazon, says progs 700 to 735 and Meg 1-10.

It was Amazon I was looking at and CF15 says 700-726 and 1.01-1.06, while CF16 is 727-765 and 1.07-1.17.

Of course, both covers still have the same image as CF14...

bah I've just realised CF15 was still sitting in my basket at book depository unchecked out. Nothing quite compares to a shiny new Casefile to peruse, and then the joy of shifting books around on the shelf to squeeze it into the already tight shelf space.

Note that John Hicklenton is listed as an artist on the most recent cover image for CF15 (advert in the prog), and his Meg story Black Widow ran from Meg 1.07 to 1.09...

Well, looks like my copy won't be here until Monday now.

Very interested to see how this book has been compiled. It would actually work out better for me if America isn't included, as I already own the standalone book, but also I feel that it should be included for completeness sake.

I really hope America is included. Hopefully I'll know in the next few days.
