Like many of the people posting to this board, I'm a big lardy fatass with no interest in physical exercise (dead at 62 according the the deathclock).

Having just started a diet and bought a bicycle, I hope that this will change.  But really I ought to take up a proper physical sporting activity.

So, go on, who here plays sports?  And what's so good about the sport you play?

Erm Im fairly sporty...  I suppose
Gym - 2/3 days a week
20 mins bike
20 mins run
10 mins row
plus weights.  Strangely when I do it I feelk great and its a good opportunity to be a letch.  But its somehow unfulfilling
So in the summer
Bike - fresh air by the sea and cycle 5 miles, nice - 2 days a week  
Run - 30 mins or so 3 days a week, at work in the country really nice but i dont like the rain

But you probably want to hear about proper sports....

Surfing - god am I crap at it, but I can spend hours paddling out catching a wave falling off paddling out again.
Snowboarding - I like this and I like doing it.  But its fun and is outdoors but its often too cold.

I also like footy but my only experience of this is when my son plays and Im the annoying dad shouting from the side lines

Even after all this Im still a bit lardy, but I love food.  Good food....  yum
