Sorry, I shouldnt have busted in here like a juv and criticised.  The site is top notch, I love the voting features especially.

The forum fits in with the site, which is good, Im just used to the layout of other forums. :/

But it is, nonetheless just a suggestion.  :)

Although, now Ive looked around the forum a bit more, the post shoulda gone in "Website".

I'm afraid "Why don't you use such-and-such a piece of software?" doesn't have much mileage with me, since it would invariably mean a large amount of recoding the site, especially if I wanted it to be intergrated in the same way as this board. If you have a specific suggestion about how you would like to see this board improved, I'd be happy to hear it.

The database chat room could do with replacing...but there's already the IRC room as an alternative, so again it's not worth spending time on.

Ok, just one thing, in the summary screen, there are hyperlinks for the category, subject, and thread starter.  
Could you make the category hyperlink go to a list of threads in that category rather than the thread? And maybe the thread starter link can go to a private message or something.

I'll do this. I think it used to be that way round in an earlier version, and probably makes more sense.

And maybe the thread starter link can go to a private message or something.

I like this going to the most recent messages by that person. It's only one further click to get to the private email link. Just click on their name in the header of one of the messages. However, this page could do with a link to view each message thread as well as a reply link.
