Now I am talking years ago, about 10, when I was a student. Bryan Talbot, and some other Sci_Fi friends used to host a bi-weekly sci-fi club in Preston, called The Preston Speculative Fiction Club, it was very good and we had some great speakers, Alan Grant, Tom Baker, Iain Banks, Stephen gallagher.... etc. etc. - just wondered whether it still went on?
